Melon de Bourgogne is the primary grape used for Muscadet wines. Aged on the lees for 4 months, resulting in a smooth silky mouthfeel. Sur Lie means that the wines rests on the fine lees (yeast cells and other sediment left in the tank after fermentation). Unfiltered to retain the texture and flavour. dry white fruit rich mouthfeel
