United Kingdom. A Territorial Force War Medal, Welsh Regiment Auction 203 mm x 267 mmInstituted in 1920. (1708 PTE. G. HURLY. WELSH R.) In bronze, obverse shows King George V facing left surrounded by inscription, reverse shows a wreath with centre inscription 'For Voluntary Service Overseas 1914 19, and 'TERRITORIAL WAR MEDAL', inclusive of bar suspension 50. 4 mm (h) x 36. 3 mm (w), extremely fine condition. Footnote: The medal was established in April 1920 for award to members of the Territorial Force and Territorial Force Nursing
