Kuwait, State. An Order Of Kuwait, Iii Class Commander, C.1980 certificate_of_authenticity at the Naval Training Station(Wishan al Kuwait). Instituted in 1974. Type I (1974 1990). Six piece construction, in silvered and gilt silver with red, white, green, black, light blue and dark green enamels, inscription on the reverse cartouche, measuring 49 mm (w) x 50. 7 mm (h), the loop in bronze gilt, crazing evident in the red and white enamels on the four colour Kuwait shield, scattered silvering and gilt wear, spotting present on the white enamels on the centrepiece, on its
