Metala White Label Cabernet Sauvignon gentilini 0 % Alc/VolThe Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested as four separate parcels which were kept separate in the winery and only brought together in the final blend. The wine was matured in a combination of seasoned French oak barriques with 5% in new French oak hogsheads for around 12 months. Minimal winemaking intervention with the use of a uniquely designed gravity 'lift' tank. A generous and robust Cabernet Sauvignon complete with all the varietal characteristic
