Nickel-plated hilt fittings show surface wear with some speckling/crazing to the pommel and crossguard with portions of toned frosting remaining in the detail of the wings on the stylized RLB eagle crossguard

An Hj Silver Grade Proficiency Badge; Cloth Version; Rzm Tagged United Republic of 1921 in SunnysideConstructed of very fine quality silvery machine embroidery; on a black rayon backer; RZM HJ tagged, reading A4 134 and No 178503 on the reverse; measuring 76 mm (w) x 108 mm (h); slightly soiled on the obverse from storage but otherwise in near mint mint condition.
