Constructed of off white paper stock with multi coloured ink, consisting of a preliminary promotion document elevating Hauptmann Robert Schlmer to Major, featuring double sided, point form, typewritten biographical and service records for Schlmer, dated 17 June 1943 and certified by the handwritten signature of Reichsfhrer SS Heinrich Himmler, with a Chancellery receipt stam pof 5 July 1943,
