yet gentle and suitable enough to grace any table as an aperitif
whilst the palate shows mineral characteristics with fantastic fruit purity and light
Fowles Stone Dwellers Vementino 2022 cotes-de-beaune green peppercorns and some dankWinemaking The grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel 15C, to help the delicate fruit flavours shine through. The wine was then kept on lees for four months post fermentation to provide additional complexity.
