The plaque is framed by diverse chiseled floral patterns displaying between a detailed period Spanish coat of arms on the top and a nicely performed coat of arms of the city Alar del Rey on the bottom
at the age of 23 and was interred in the United States National Cemetery in Noumea

Type II (1908 on). In silver with blue and black enamels, measuring 39. 5 mm (w) x 62 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, intact enamels, replacement ribbon, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Leopold II is an order of Belgium and is named in honour of King Lopold II. The decoration was established on August 24, 1900 by Leopold II as king of the Congo Free State
