Soft lychee and rose water flavours fill out the aromatic palate. This is a silky, supple, succulent style with hints of salted caramel, nashi pear and a slight hint of passionfruit on the palate. This Gewrztraminer is delicious with terrines and pat, Asian food, smoked seafood and meats, soy honey duck, as well as blue cheeses, aged cheddar, and figs.
