credited with having served in France with the 5th Infantry Battalion and the 1st Division Traffic Control for a total of thirty-seven months and entitled to wear the War Service Badge

Spain, Kingdom. An Order Of Agricultural Merit, Grand Cross Star, C.1925 Auction circular badge(Orden del Mrito Agrcola). Instituted in 1905. Five piece construction, insignia in silver gilt with red, white and green enamels, mounted to an eight pointed star base in silver gilt with green enamels, each arm of the star with seven green emanating rays, measuring 77 mm (w) x 77. 2 mm (h), ornate vertical pinback flanked by dual stays, chipping evident in the green enamels on the central emanating ray at 9 o'clock, near extremely fine.
