Aromas of green apple, citrus blossom, lime zest and sherbet with underlying hints of pink grapefruit and bath salts. The palate is underpinned by a refreshing drive of natural acidity that is in lovely balance with generous fruit flavours of citrus curd, fresh lemon and lime zest and a slatey textured finish which is so typical of Heggies vineyard.
