Richly textured the red fruit characters are complemented by voluptuous creamy barrel fermentation texture and balanced by fine lingering tannin. Through hand picking, natural fermentation and minimal additions, Snake + Herring pride themselves on creating wines that express their individual sites and styles with sustainable practices.
