ALLAN" on the reverse, 36. 7 mm x 42. 5 mm, horizontal pinback, extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised and mobilized in New Westminster under the authority of G. O. 151, December 22, 1915. The Battalion sailed November 1, 1916 under the command of Lieutenant Colonel J. D. Taylor with a strength of 32 officers and 954 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 30th Infantry
